For anybody who is anybody — you, yes you, sitting behind that computer monitor — we should all definitely know about the recent fall of Hollywood. We’ve been subjugated to years worth of attacks on remakes, craptastic films with bad scripting, acting and directing in which we turn off the movie fifteen minutes in, among others. Christmas season is starting (or ending, depending on when you read this) and all men are happy/depressed (or rejoice, depending on when you read this). Why? (Well, first, for the sake of the post, let’s just say Christmas is over.) They’re happy because because they don’t have to sit through two hours of boring ass dancing for another year. Hollywood has had its fair share of actors who took a step back from their stage and took a shot at directing. Tom Hanks, Sean Penn, Johnny Depp, Sylvester Stallone, Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, and hell, even Jet Li’s directed a movie. It seems like it’s a popular thing nowadays.
